Invitation to the Jury of 63. Tadeusz Baird Young Composers Contest held by the Polish Composers Union. The theme was a piece for voice and string quartet, to a text by William Shakespeare or Polish poet.
5 pieces were qualified to the second stage, a public premiere concert in late spring this year. Subsequently the Jury will make final decisions and the laureates’ names will be revealed.
Personally I’m glad, that all my choices were in accordance with other Jury Memebers and have proceeded to the second run of the contest.
